Yes I like it but I don't like team behaviour.

Dislikes

Dislike- there is no work life balance, they only get the work done, they don't pay salary. Don't get promotion. Mental health is also not good because of working here.

The overtime and the salary was good. And I they were providing WFH. Otherwise, the work culture is absolutely terrible.

There is no work life balance. All they want is you tied to your device 24/7. The management of workflow and the management of employee details are terrible. There's no work-life ethics. And the lay-off of 400 deserving candidates was unbelievable.

...s of experience here with lot of adhoc activities along with daily productivity. In the end the compensation I received is not even equal to a fresher package. Major dislike is company doesn't value the experienced associates who are with organisation for more than 3 years. No enough recognition.

...ement is transparent.. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
