The overtime and the salary was good. And I they were providing WFH. Otherwise, the work culture is absolutely terrible.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. All they want is you tied to your device 24/7. The management of workflow and the management of employee details are terrible. There's no work-life ethics. And the lay-off of 400 deserving candidates was unbelievable.

Sometime the overtime compensation is good. People who talk more can get higher position very fast regardless of their skills, which they learn during the process

Dislikes

Too much work less appraisal, no job security, if you apply for ijp they will decline your application without providing the reason so you never no whether they gone through your CV or not, hr will say something while joining but donot provide them in writting and then you will be stuck with words and no written proof so get everything written before joining, hr team response is very late you have to constantly keep asking to get their response even a 'hi'. Company is always on transition and you cannot expect anything any appraisal or promotion except few associate who are in good books

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

The management took some time to resolve the issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Job security. Team members are supportive. Main thing is it is located in Mysore which is better place to bring up your kids.

Lot of politics. No pay structure and no value for the employees who stays in company for many years.

...our black days will start. It has destroyed my 1.5 years and gave no increament. Now I am suffering to get good salary because they did not give any increament. They dont give increament to any of its employee except few people i.e those are linked to mangers. Its better to work in a call center rather working in Bioclinica.
