1. It is not good for support developers, they have to work on the same technology and fix similar issues, nothing new to learn. 2. appraisals are okay. 3. Team strength is less.

You can get the chance to work closely with renound banks like hdfc ,axis , idfc first etc .work from home .you can manage your work hours a bit as per your convenience . Second and fourth Saturday off .

Poor appraisal . No promotion at all . Things become monotonous .No work life balance .

Every company has ups and downs but its on us how we can handle them and how the company gives the output , Qfix gives really a friendly and beautiful atmosphere for working and friends like colleagues

Every thing has it own advantages and disadvantages, Qfix might have some haha, but I don’t feel like any disadvantages right now as its giving ites best
