Great place to learn and grow. Competitive compensation if you are a consistent performer. Good career progression.

Dislikes

Work life balance is one of worst thing here, apart from salary there is nothing extra that you get in terms of benefits. Even for medical insurance you have to pay.

I initially dismissed the reviews about internal politics in the company before joining, chalking it up to a common workplace issue. However, upon joining, I realised these concerns held true, The appointed "Lead" in UX/UI Design lacks competence in the field and leadership skills. Witnessing a Lead Designer question basic concepts after years on the job was disconceting. It's worth noting they resort to online sources, even ChatGPT, for interviewing material, and surprisingly consider PowerPoint as part of UX. While they provide high-end equipment, the tasks mainly revolve around PowerPoint presentations. The prevalent culture involves constant blame-shifting, leaving you as a mere pawn. Your skills and credentials hold no value as you're consistently pressured to create POC's, only to have them appropriated by colleagues who are not even true managers. Surprisingly, obtaining significant certifications results in reassignment to lower-level tasks and basic courses. My suggestion: Connect with current employees for insights into the actual design process, project details, and the team's UX/UI experience. Don't be swayed by superficial benefits. The company's vision is commendable, but it's marred by internal issues.

Few benefits are missing like no much gaming options in the breakout room, no team outings, no free fruits or snacks, no tieup with Microsoft / Amazon / Google for free certifications of employees, no mid year promotions, no tieup with any hospital / test centers for free full body health checkup, no free transport for home pickup and drop, no gym., No childcare , no H1B Visa for onsite relocation, no free health insurance for the employees
