Salary correction to the current market standards along with appraisal would be good. So many previous employees work for low salaries and new employees get salary according to the market standards. No other things in terms of work culture. Other things are excellent with QBurst.

QBurst is one of the top companies in technopark. The company provides flexible working hours and good salary. What I personally like about QBurst is their appraisal policy. QBurst will provide appraisal to employees every 6 months based on their performance.

QBurst management has very good technology focus. If you happen to be in one of their core technology projects you will get good opportunity to enhance your skillset with latest cutting edge technologies. There are also programs like architects meet where you can meet other technologists to discuss and learn from their experiences

Company is very flexible and good salary and hike. As long as you do your work, nobody questions you about anything. 6 months appraisal. Excellent management. You can take leaves whenever you want, nobody says no to it. You get free udemy account and learn whatever course you want without anybody's approval. Best company I have worked at so far.
