IJP will be rolling out but they already selected the candidate before the IJP interview and for name shake they will conduct the interview. Ops team leads will have good communication with HR so that they can manipulate the things

I made very bad decision by leaving great company like Sutherland and joined here. Zero job security and I regret for ending up here.

Full of reaction and all the internal matters are decided by one person from client end by constantly operating top management in fear that he will move to different vendor, poor management is struck always in reaction mode to and do not what the client SPOC required.
