I just also don't know what I like in qatar airways. Bcz everything I get over there is all negative things. I try hard to work over there but didn't continue more than three months.

...ally now the standards of Qatar airways are very low....poor medical facility...u just got a good salary on time thats the only benefit over there

There is a lot of politics. So the position in the company is for those who speak more than those who work harder.

Appraisal doesn't include a pay raise. Even if it does, it matters whether or not your boss supports increment. Each team is like a mini company, the line manager is pretty much the decision maker.

...n traveling to India is impossible now from Doha with qurantine restrictions. It's like you have to listen and follow any bulshit of the CEO and VP in order to get a handsome salary tax free with fully furnished well maintained accomodation and wonderful lifestyle. And be mentally prepared to leave at any time if asked to .

...er the have redundant lot of crew the work pressure is unimaginable on crew . Salary is stagnant so it's a negative part now. Cant visit your home country due to mandatory qurantine regulation if doha and Qatar airways has not changed their leave policies so you are stuck in Doha .
