Salary never comes on time sometimes on 3 of next month sometimes on 10 sometimes 15 of next month and they give very illogical reasons for that Reputation is very bad in case of appraisal sometimes they donot even share the appraisal for so no proper structure being followed If you are at client side and want to change project then no support so it's very disappointing My role which was promised at the day of hiring vs the actual work on client side was drastically different but nobody wants to take the responsibility of that they just wanted me to survive and adjust in any case No cab no food ( paid food is available) Strict work from office culture for those who have to report main office As a conclusion very bad company and bad experience in total.

You have to work like donkey. There is no skill initiative program. You are treated like only resource. No learning no social life.

NO career growth. Forgot about timely salary approval. HR is like dumb and he don't know anything whats going on in the company.

The HR Rajeeb Biswas is a lier, he never stand by his words. No Professionalism. No one else will be there to support you in case of any problem. Limited career growth opportunity.

Q3 have lots of project on latest technology and some are running for a very long time. so if you want to work on different technology and improve this would be a better place for you.

appraisals are slow process , no oraganised work from management and hr people.

In every sense the experience of working with Q3 Technologies was good .. I worked more than 3 years with Q3 Technologies .. I learnt many things related to CMM level quality process and latest automation testing technologies that were very beneficial to increase my work experience and career growth.. Overall I will say working at Q3 Technologies, was positive and great :)

100% satisfaction of working at Q3 from my point of views and thoughts.. I have no dislikes for Q3 technologies because suggestions could not be dislikes.. and every fields need to be improved.
