Cross team collaboration, Process alignment ad Work life balance. Higher Management (Director +) alignment is not that great.

The company is very good . But the Company name is spoiled because of the person named Lalith Agwaral who works from US, he is an Indian , but typically works like an indian manager in US and creating toxic atmosphere in the entire project . The Company is very good, but because of Lalith Agwaral the company name has been spoiled

Dislikes

The only reason is because of the project lead Mr, lalith Agwaral . He is an useless and worthless man who is working there and creating tension to the employees. The Comapany is very good, but Because of Lalith Agwaral its has became useless , worthless , hopeless . If you are joining Q2 , ensure you are not part of lalith Agwaral team
