There is hardly anything to like about Q-Railing.

...rade by office staff which is again very sad as we live in a liberal open world. The major problem is bosses in India are only employees so all they care about is their immediate salary and thus lack any kind of vision which could take the company forward.

Little flexible timing for project team.

Dislikes

It's a German base MNc for name sake only.Management struggle to manage funds and always salaries and other expenses are delayed.Every branch has a bunch of old employees who are self centred and so not support juniors.Payment to sub contractors is delayed.You can join this organisation if u need experience as u struggle a lot especially in projects division.Be careful before accepting offer as they take emoyees on 1 year contract and will not change the status after 1 year.Doesnt provide relieving letter easily.

It's a German base MNC, and on timely we always followed guidelines which is issued by Government authorities. Specifically in Covid 19 situation we allowed all Employees to work from home. Time to time company take cares of all employees. Here in Q-railing, all employees are secured with there jobs even though post results from Covid 19 effects.
