Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Job security is zero. Anybody anytime can get massage of "Get out" due to huge partiality between old employees and new employees those are getting job by blessing of new top management at very high salary which really they does not deserve. 4 years ago it was very nice culture and great place of work.

Dislikes

Top management is working only on basis of feedback by sycophant employees those has been appointed in Q Medical by blessing of directors because they are their relatives. Fake and Froud reports are sharing everywhere.
