People outside of India often don’t care about us. Indian managers are often like politicians; they can be corrupt and fail to communicate effectively. They tend to take credit for the work done by others while enjoying the benefits themselves.

Poor management, no vision for keeping company in growth, no employee care and degrading company day by day, company keeps care only for 04 persons who are eating company like termites, and making hell to the workers who wants to do better.
