Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? How can I tackle and get out of this situation?

i never seen such a worst company ever , senior staff (ladies) from ages they were in the company and our BDM Rahul will listen to ladies only he will take decision said by them full of politics , no growth , no new requirements to work .manager Rahul i never seen a such a idiot i dont know how he became BDM with out any knowledge into Staffing .

...inform the deductions till you join the office and they dont give PF number to . many people joined and left the company due to this and the dont pay salary.

If you like getting paid for doing no work, company is great. Most departments are operating like this.

Dislikes

Favoritism and nepotism exists. Job security is a serious issue. HR can do whatever they want. Same goes for managers. Words cannot be trusted

Work environment good but full of politics.. salary/appraisal given March but salary credited August/sep/Oct /Nov... Or next year.....!! Day & night shifts .... Working hours 10hours +, no cab, no night shift allowance. They want human machines... Not a work tension... Every day no job satisfaction (full of politics).. any one join in this company mostly stay in This company 1year ... because of politics..

Technical Nagraju Sir was not good at all personally I have to fill excel I was selected for java software development in an interview but put me in testing for 1year after that I forced to give me a job in my field didn't gave project I had completed assignments with Sunil Sir with excellent remarks but Nagraju Sir and Vishwas Jadhav was not good wasted my 2yrs I am still in depression spoiled my career Sunil Sir and Ramakanth Sir were good Thank You
