Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

They have massive politics; Higher management is very partial and unfair. They fire employees without any strong reason and when employee raise concern, they hold their f2f and documents. Entire HR Department including HR Head (Manjari) is involved in all politics and not even give chance to speak to the employee. I think she didn't deserve this position. They do not have proper facilities for the handicap employees, due to this they even not hiring such talented people because they can't facilited them.Very bad attitude of entire HR department.

Guys please dont join in this organization. They will not give salary. you need to escalate to top management for salary. they can terminate you at any moment. No job security at all.

I dislike in pyramid consulting inc is Politics. Resource manager are bad behavior they don't know how speak with Delivery manager and recruiter. Resources manager do partiality with recruiter. When I resign even my resources manager release me in one day as per the rules I put a notice period of 2 week. But my resource manger they don't want to see me in office why? I need a answer. One more thing my director suggest me abdul I will change your team I said OK sir as you say I will take back my resignation. After that my resource manager they went with other team resources manger and told him and given a bad feedback. I complain to human resources director they are just listen my problem but they don't take any action on resource manager I Need to say so many things.but Thank you so much Human resources for support

Pyramid IT Consulting or any US staffing company, Please stay away from this industry. I know the condition of unemployment is worst nowadays. But if you have any other options, Please go for them.

Everything is bad, only 2 things are good incentives and salary on time.
