Helpful nature of everyone, cheerful people. Everyone talks about growth and future prospects for business and self. Salary appraisals are usually twice a year, but on paper it is once a year.. which is good.

Nothing as such, people work like a family here, are available 24*7 in case of any emergency

The work culture and the behavior of seniors and colleagues towards their employees, the constant support, motivation and appreciation for every effort I made during my tenure. The company will make you feel like home.

This is the best ever place to work. The work culture here is very amazing. We work as a family who learns together, party together, and works together. The leaders make sure that the employees can put up their thoughts, questions, and ideas without any fear of getting judged. You get the freedom of making decisions that bring out your leadership skills and lead you to career growth. There are flexible work timings, the efforts you make get appreciated, and ample growth opportunities are provided to the employees who are serious about their work. Overall I love this company. :)

PyNetLabs has one the best working environment in my experience, the team is like a closely knit family where everybody helps and supports each other. One will get room for improving amidst inspiring seniors motivating to take initiatives and responsibility which in turn nurtures your skills, leadership qualities and career growth. Instead of a well oiled corporate machinery it is more like a living tree and we being the branches always feel connected to the core and the cause of the organization! When not able to perform, I have been guided and motivated by the seniors and mentors instead of blunt criticism which has helped me grow & perform better with positivity and enthusiasm. Extra curricular activities are also promoted for healthy competition and building team spirit among the crew! Flexible work timings and a fun loving team also makes the place great to work at.

It has been almost six months since I am working here and I have not encountered anything to dislike as PyNetLabs is ever moving towards betterment of both employees and the organization.

Let me start with my beginning at PyNet Labs. The day i first reached office, i was nervous that how would i fit in as it was a complete different field which i knew nothing about, but when i met the CEO and how he explained things to me. Everything made sense, he was super cool with me. After that seniors helped me a lot. All seniors, CEO, our beloved HR, Priyanka, they all treated me like family and i soon became the ideal person for the job. So, i will conclude that they are all very supportive, patient and help you explore your talents. Talking about growth opportunities, i must say i got much more than i was promised. CEO (Deepanshu and Abhijit) are just gems and even if you call them at midnight for any help whether professional or personal, they will be there for you. At last, i will say that the best thing about PyNet Labs is there is no corporate politics here, no groupism, no backbiting. Its all fun and very chill environment in the office. Nobody here worries about if others are judging them or not. The HR takes care of all like they are her cousins. I don't know if you have worked somewhere better than this but i haven't and I never will. PyNet Labs is very close to my heart now and it has become an integral part of my life.

Dislikes - I really thought very hard for around 5 minutes to write something here so that onw doesn't think this is a paid review but i seriously failed to think of something bad to say about anyone. Ask anyone working at PyNet Labs, if they are ready to leave even for a 200% hike, they will all say no because you can never get what you have here.
