Managements are reachable. They will listen to your queries. Year end bonus is a plus.

Long working hours including Saturday Sundays. So called year end break but you will never going to available. Working culture is like 24/7. No personal life. Work life balance is a myth.

Sense of belonging to big 4, salary is fine.

Dislikes

System is not good, supports staff (HR, L&D team, Resource team) don’t work well and aren’t supportive. Work life balance is not there, the gap between what top management says and claim to believe in and how the ground reality is. Mismanagement.

Poor Work life Balance Driven by Seniors and not the skills Should be very close with the leaders. People are working only to get the visibility and not for the welfare of the company’s growth or for the projects

Good salary , great variable pay out, promotion and career growth up to Manager level and somehow also easy upto Sr Manager level if you perform. Work life balance is okay as you manage both project for client and firm specific works.

Roles in case of client project depends on your fortune, limited flexibility to change projects, also most importantly expected to sell (i.e. get projects, hire people, train them, place them in projects for new revenue), if you don’t sell you are not valued. You need to add to company’s revenue. That’s expected from Manager, Sr M, D etc. so you lose focus/ skills on domain/ work rather you spend more time in selling. Culture is too bad, no farewell, no celebrations. You are not suppose to come to team lunch with partners if you have resigned. Completely PnL driven.
