But Site Management is very Poor, Salary"s are not increased when you are appointment salary after 3 to 4 years yo left salary same

Good Ltd company with very good management and company policies... Time to time salary and less work pressure. Polite team no politics at all.

Slow project progress and little bit delay in decision making by site management.

Company is good.but only working in dam projects Maharashtra and karnataka . Company working purpose we are travel around india.

Monthly salary is pay the money but not job security the work pressure is very high I have to work 14 hours above every day midnight also phone calls attend. There is no on job training for freshers.we are not having any other benefit like house rent, medical.
