No Work Life balance. when i ended my job, they hold my salary i understand but in F&F they give very terrible amount. please PVR change your third party manpower agency if you want to make good environment or good relationship with employees. there is no transparency in transaction.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Pvr is premium class cinema exebition company in India and srilanka. My overall experience in this organisation is excellent. Company is continuously growing except COVID duration. Company's policies related to employee benefits, work cultures, future growth are very good.
