Salary is on time. Provide uniform on company borne expense.

Working culture is completely exhausted. No consideration of issue that an employee may face..example few employees are travelling as far as 60 km (one side) to reach office and even if company has option to transfer near his or her home, its hardly considered. No safety for night team, earlier PVR used to provide cabs to its employees to ensure they safely reach home after 10-11 hours shift. however that has been discontinued and now employees are on their own. PVR management does not mind sending their employees to sell their cheap products on streets and roads irrespective of its hot or chilling weather. PVR management just pretends to be customer friendly, in reality they push cinema team to sell even forcefully.

...o help so that together we can give a good experience to each and every patrons. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus aswel every year

I didnt found any negative about this company. In this covid 19 period if we are closed and not earning a single penny, company is paying us our salary although not full but still.. this is enough.. This shows company care thier employees

No healthy work culture, full of politics, No proper salary or promotion growth,No skill development program, No Work stability. They are more towards paper formalities but ground reality is 0.

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.

They wil rune your personal like, seniors are so toxic force you to work extra hours without any pay, I'm working here tje shift closes at 2 AM but they never let us go before 4 PM and also the shift starts at 5 PM but the used to call us at 4 PM And if you do any type of complaint the just say if you are not liking the job just leave it They also promised to give incentives but it been two months here I'm not getting it and when I have asked for it they told me that from your 4th salary you will get the incentives but 1/5 part of the incentive and from 5th month you will get the full payment
