Pvr is premium class cinema exebition company in India and srilanka. My overall experience in this organisation is excellent. Company is continuously growing except COVID duration. Company's policies related to employee benefits, work cultures, future growth are very good.

Salary is decent but rationale at the time of COVID period.

I am happy to working with Inox leisure ltd because they have protect our all rights as given salary in lockdown period and connect to us every time wia virtual meeting and give reply on mail or phone regarding every our query and confusion to enhance our confidence in this COVID-19 difficult period. And all training complete regarding how to fight with corona and how to safe to us and other from this disease. Thanks to Inox family

Seniors behaviour ,abusing staff members, politics , False promises , Cinema Manager Manish Kumar in silver arc pvr one of the low class men I have ever met in my 12 years of career. Always pass racism comments. No overtime if anyone ask question they fired them. Doesn't matter how much you complaint everytime junior will fired from work. I left this job because of Manish behaviour I recommend everyone not apply job here.
