no ethics,there are 7 directors,each one wants different report,treat workers and staff same,increments in 100s,good for who have double income,no canteen,work work,all camera eyes,lot more .

Mill Production capacity is good,Exports their products, Buhler machineries, Software system to operate the line(automated line).

Dislikes

No job security,poor OHS,many owners to give orders with different opinions, Salary Payment time is not fixed.There is no system at Main senior Owner expectation is to clean the floor and machine by Manager and down level rather than utilise them for what they have selected.

1.Top management now experienced personal are working 2. Great experience for trainee and internship

All departments head are there own family members. They twist policy on there way. No job security... When small mistake occurred we stand in front of MD. It mean there MD dose not have self respect. Then who will give respect for you. No proper knowledge person for Jr level.

Overall experience about pv Son's is terrible. Management of company is worst. Management's target only production they are not thinking about employees.
