...ount meeting time as work time. Worst manager Bhupendra Singh biased team lead . They hire at low package then management not put effort to assign you project according to your skill set they can put you anywhere whereever they want

Thanks to all Practice Leads/heads to be our mentor & we sincerely appreciate the sacrifices and efforts you all have put across to secure our jobs and life.
I agree, at times some of the harsh decisions were made but that was for 360 degree betterment of us. A decision which might be negative for me, may be best for others. for that reason I cant blame and hit someone below the belt rationally.
I strongly believe that there are larger ratio of employees who contributes to companies growth with 100 & 100++% efforts & they have never been negative about the changes and the decisions.
Anyone resistance to changes, Bit of extra efforts & Out of the box contribution, closed ended mind set comes up with Rationalism and Negativity.
A suggestion to Management:- We should actually allot real time Customers responsibilities to Individuals and Business Development & see how they actually handle the complexity. I am sure we are equipped with loads of potential resources to handle such situations but the critics can be identified & evaluated during that allocation.
We as an organization should also start posting Individual Employee feedbacks on digital feedback platforms to understand both side of the Story and not just one sided Tantrums.
I being a part of the technology team for last 2+ Years has dealt every ups & downs and actively was part of the unforeseen challenges & the sweat out work which every stakeholders has been doing and contributing day in & out to make Pursuit Software a Better place to work.
I don't say, its "The Perfect!" but we shall come forward together and lay down our hands to Improve, Enhance, Boost, Revamp, Advance rather than just criticize, disparage, attack, denounce, deprecate.
The percentage of variables is too high in overall CTC, No comp off

The salary system is poor. Too many variables that most times you are not eligible for. Few People there also don't understand technology but holding the top position gives unrealistic requirements for you to implement.
It has been a very smooth, informative journey. Every colleague of mine is very co-operative. PSD is well above Good organisation in some of the Unique locations where People can enjoy, learn his or her competencies, as well as balance the personal life by staying close to your hometown.
The company targets small cities to have the development centres to target the local talent pool, because only Metro cities doesn't mean best Organisations.
That's how PSD is geographically present in 4 cities in INDIA.
HQ is NJ, also two other running offices in Florida and California. The root of the company is from 1997 and PSD is a Member of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).
Company caters to Industry like Finance, Telecom, Healthcare Transport.
Best part of the company is it has a flat Hierarchy and the Technologies in which the Technical team is working is Niche and very different from the typical other services Industries. And due to the flat hierarchy, you can climb up the ladder fast compare to other organisations. We don't have multiple boss on your head in PSD
You get a chance to present your self, you will be heard by Management.
Your Idea's will be screened and implemented.
The work place where you have the freedom of speech, is one of the best place to learn. PSD aims at building informative career rather then just sticking to the stereotype Service level work.
We get Liberty to think & implement and in my tenure I have receive recognition for every Good Suggestion, Decisions are respected and evaluated to get the best out of it that will benefit both Employee & Employer's

Rather than stating Cons: I would Suggest - We can work on the Compensation Area's to upgrade ourselves to the Market Standard. Having said that the process of the same is already Initiated and brought into practice
