I like they have snacks facilities. those who work late they can have snacks. You will get your salary on time.

Dislikes

It isa very Hectic Job. There is no Balance between Work life & Personal Life. You can also say that you have to sacrifice your personal life. Because they told you to work at any time. You have to be available for 24/7. On Holidays Also You have to do work & For that extra work you will not get any overtime or Extra Pay.

Bad work environment and culture because of the management of the company some of high levels of senior are so rude and don’t support and the policy of the company they change every time because of girl cause they think all type of mens are such a abuse girl that why but girls don’t think about

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues my salary is decent but this is not sufficient and there is no growth

Dealing with millions of small to the largest of all brands of product and gradually get to learned all of the product placement and order it's really competitive and broaded. After all it really help us in security like EPF, ESI and so on.

Dislikes

Holiday once a Week, fourth a month with working hours of 10 hours daily, with a salary of 10k a month, and having no promotion after completing and knowing all of the company in excellence. I would say the working condition from staff to the supervisor is very unhealthy.
