We are encouraged to complete as many training sessions as possible. Monthly knowledge-sharing sessions are held, covering technology and various general topics. Work is fun at our company, with in-house table tennis facilities. We organize yearly table tennis and turf cricket competitions, managed by a well-organized committee. I had the honor of participating in the first Table Tennis tournament with Purplescape Company. Additionally, employees are encouraged to participate in the Chennai Marathon. There is no micro-management from any group leader, fostering a collaborative environment where group leaders and I continually share knowledge across products and projects.
