Great work culture. Being a startup, allows you to interact with everyone from top to bottom. More than Decent work life balance. And the scope for learning will depend on how far you are willing to contribute. And the treatment of employees is more on the humane side compared to the treatment i've witnessed from other companies, they do care for their employees.

ur founders had a visionary approach to Conversational AI, integrating AI across our products wherever necessary. The company's ethos of continuous learning and adaptation is consistently upheld. We are encouraged to complete as many training sessions as possible. Monthly knowledge-sharing sessions are held, covering technology and various general topics. Work is fun at our company, with in-house table tennis facilities. We organize yearly table tennis and turf cricket competitions, managed by a well-organized committee. I had the honor of participating in the first Table Tennis tournament with Purplescape Company. Additionally, employees are encouraged to participate in the Chennai Marathon. There is no micro-management from any group leader, fostering a collaborative environment where group leaders and I continually share knowledge across products and projects. Our company is an excellent starting point for newcomers' careers, offering ample opportunities for growth and advancement.
