Anil / Dwarka restaurant - a place where we all can talk openly about nuisance in the company. IT team is very polite probably the only team who knows how to talk.

Dislikes

Not sure where to start from cause every inch of this place is a dislike for me. People should be priced possession of the company but here you will see them being humiliated and disrespected. Everyday is a challenge here to even see their faces. Leaders definitely lack etiquettes. Seniors only shout on top of their lungs. Where is the company hiring HR from? What quality? What knowledge? Only they or god knows. HR goes out to seek paid fame. Forces us to go for coffee or draw career paths for us which is now getting on our nerves. There is nothing about culture in this company. They really need to first train their HODs. HR hiring quality is very mediocre. I know few people who were asked to leave on performance grounds and hired here. They don't know the basics of employment verification. Management has permanently decided to blindfold themselves and not raise voice against the leadership team. So nothing exciting left here. Please grow up and behave like one. Outsiders genuinely avoid joining this company. You will only end up in another mess.

The reporting manager does not have basic human etiquettes. This is for my reporting manager personally and as far as i have seen, other managers are very decent.

The higher management is good and supportive. Other team members are knowledgeable and helpful.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. Reporting managers are toxic and do not have manners while talking. There are no personal boundaries, and you have to work on sick leaves too. Favouritism is at peak; biased towards few people. The reporting manager can call after working hours to check on a task that has been completed two days prior. Reporting managers expect analysts to take deadlines seriously, but they themselves will do it post-deadline. No proper quality check is done. This is for the direct reporting manager, but the manager above that person was supportive.

Higher management is good. Good learning opportunities if placed in the right team

Dislikes

Reporting manager was very toxic and biased. No sense of personal boundaries. Zero work life balance. Expected the analysts to stay late even if the analyst is done with work and they themselves had pending tasks. Some teams are good with supportive reporting managers

Dislikes

Worst Higher Management they would only come in picture when something goes wrong and will blame the employee for everything The blindly agrees to clients demands and if needed they fire an employee to prove a point.
