Package offered would be good but they won't pay salaries. They don't share relieving letter after resigning. They threaten you with multiple rules and clauses which you never read. You can take a career break than joining this company because you endup with no experience or relieving letter. It's a terrific struggle with managers, hrs to receive it.

...client are a bunch of jerks involved in money extortion and employee harassment. Never ever join this company, they have bench period and they give excellent salary only to extort money later after adjusting your salary in recovery. No one is erudite to speak with, no employee hearing.

They hire you only to extort money in name of buyout by givin the employee adhoc relieving and if you dont pay thet share legal notice. Please dont join, they will suck the life out of you. HR pallavi to every person at director level and client magic bricks, they are the most harassing you.

Not a place for experiences job seekers. Management is pathetic. Shifts employees within projects without any discussion with the employees or right skill set. Older and very experienced seniors never like to take responsibility of any issue within the project but ladden the issues on junior resources. If management decides, employees are forced to leave the company in the name of poor rating, within a day without any prior discussion with the employees. Few HR people act like Hitler to take any action against any employee, forces employees to leave the office immediately by physically/mentally forcing to resign and never let you discuss on the issue with senior management. Employees become helpless joining here if any unethical action is taken by HRs/management. They don't have fear of any law or rules for the employees. I rate this company 'Very Pathetic' for experienced people, only freshers should try there. Thanks.

- No job security at all - No any benefit apart from salary - No trainings or skill enhancement opportunities - Very short projects within the company or at client sites - Very poor management and HR - Not even transportation facilities for employees - Management/HR take any action against any employee without even single discussion on any matter - Reshuffling of employees within projects happens without even informing the employees or considering the skill sets - Not worth giving your time, effort and dedication for it's growth.

...t company pure software is helping me nor my client location company is helping. My pure software manager said there is always a first time which is for pay cut. You will join this company for pay and then they will cut your pay and will say there is always a first for everything
