It was a good company to work for. The salary and appraisals are reasonable. The people were professional and approachable too. ( atleast in my project)

They dont pay salary if you take sick leaves no matter how sick you are. There is nothing like sick leaves. On just 3rd day of my sick leave they had withdrawn the laptop provided to me. Moreover they held my salary without any discussion and finally terminated saying client is not happy due to my absence. Even they have digested interview incentives and finally provided termination letter with lots of negative feedbacks. Please never ever join this company. The HR is the most cruel thing here.

...client are a bunch of jerks involved in money extortion and employee harassment. Never ever join this company, they have bench period and they give excellent salary only to extort money later after adjusting your salary in recovery. No one is erudite to speak with, no employee hearing.

Package offered would be good but they won't pay salaries. They don't share relieving letter after resigning. They threaten you with multiple rules and clauses which you never read. You can take a career break than joining this company because you endup with no experience or relieving letter. It's a terrific struggle with managers, hrs to receive it.

They hire you only to extort money in name of buyout by givin the employee adhoc relieving and if you dont pay thet share legal notice. Please dont join, they will suck the life out of you. HR pallavi to every person at director level and client magic bricks, they are the most harassing you.
