Work culture is excellent. The company is growing in all aspects, Many employees are indeed Blessing to PP. And last but not the least The CEO Martin is a gentleman & Indian Directors are too good!!

1. The crowd is very welcoming 2. Super positive work environment is the plus point always 3. The Upper Management is highly motivating 4. Your work is always appreciated 5. Strong HR policies and all towards employees benefits 6. You're given enough time to learn work-related skills and never stopped from acquiring any other skills even unrelated to work, in fact, cheered for. 7. Work week is Monday - Friday 8. Fun sessions are given enough importance too for employees' relaxation and enjoyment 9. Full WFH during Covid pandemic 10. You get all the AU holidays not so much the Indian Holidays but it works out well as people are considerate and flexible

Dislikes

Nothing as such disliking but the work is so much engaging that sometimes you forget to keep up with the usual activities like having meals on time. Won't be a problem if your have a strong plan for the day and time management skills 😊
