...yle of leadership. People who are themselves dumb will teach you your core area. Terrible compensation policy . Bias and favoritism . Your compensation will reduce year on year . Yes . They will deduct your CTC year on Year .

I’m very lucky to got a job at Puratos Foods. Support system of R&D team.

Dislikes

Top management doesn’t know what is running at ground level. From beginning to last year I work at same place not getting exploration to explore my self that is not good from sales person. Even as per policy I can get incentives & bonus but it was cut by company that is worst thing.

Great Culture, salary & expense on time, good incentive structure, but for next Level it's tuf to promote, if directly linked with Management for decision making & overall regional challenges it can be more strategically beneficial for regional sales Team. Overall a Good company.

No communication with management & upper management.
