Everything specially compensation, and when you leave the company they don't pay your dues ...we have to be behind them and beg for your own money....they give you mediclaim card but then you can't use it as company has not paid mediclaim company their money....on joining big promises are made ...but later nothing is given and you have to literally beg Hr department..... most horrible hr dept ever seen... they hire people just to show financiers then they throw ...just don't join this company1

...up better. 3. Sites at Ghodbunder Road so people at Thane find it convenient. 4. Timely Salary- Although during corona they have reduced salary to 70 percent annually they don't have any issue of delayed salary. 5. Flexible working hours- You can come upto 10.30 am and then spend 9 Hours. Job timing is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

...ot adequate. They provide 1 lack insurance which is a big joke for Employees. 2. You have to just Focuss on getting a salary other perks and Benefits are missing which you might receive in Big Company. 3. The sites are far away from Station so people in outskirts find it difficult to Travel and Travelling takes a lot time of your rountine. 4. They had Alternate Saturday off for Site people but cancelled from 2022. HO people can work from home on Saturdays.

To much pressure on senior Engineers, lot of work scope, Sr. Engg have all responsibility for delay, quality, safety. billing, Quantity, indenting, reporting, documentation, Reconciliation, microscheduling.

Alternate Saturday off for execution team. Leave policy is good.

Dislikes

...ior Engineer. No any freedom of work, No any career growth. No Mediclaim policy. Diwali bonus always be late or not done year on year.
