...s are fair and based on assessment, selectivity tests as well as on seniority. Salary is handsome and revised on five years through bypartite settlement. Besides this all perks are attractive. It is a good employer. I am always thankful and I have proud to serve the Govt. Of india undertaking.

Frequent transfers to remote villages create hell lot of family problems and other problems as well. Banking sector has hell lot of corruption and you will feel very insecure if you are moral.

Govt. job even if you don't work you will get the same same salary as others.

Lot of manipulation in promotions , if you have connections then only expect promotion. If you have taken a work no one will get involved in it and even if anything happens the same people will come to blame you.

Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.
