Frequent transfers to remote villages create hell lot of family problems and other problems as well. Banking sector has hell lot of corruption and you will feel very insecure if you are moral.

Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.

For profile of Security Officer there is fredom of work as per plan unless there is some emergent issue.

Dislikes

Salary as compared to other companies is low, no pay protection for ex-servicemen. Too much travelling and job tend to get monotonous after few years.

Lot of manipulation in promotions , if you have connections then only expect promotion. If you have taken a work no one will get involved in it and even if anything happens the same people will come to blame you.
