Frequent transfers to remote villages create hell lot of family problems and other problems as well. Banking sector has hell lot of corruption and you will feel very insecure if you are moral.

Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.

Good work experience and culture. Company policies are good, agencies appraisals and they give good salary &good incentive with every billing.

Dislikes

There is a lot of film work & customer deals with Bank prosser. There aren't chance to have parmotion in the company 😕

...retirees which were more in the 1980. Pensions have not been updated since 1995. All employees/ retirees have demanded the same benefits as per Central Pay Commission recommendations on salary revision of Central Govt. Employees/ Retirees.
