Maoist area mei fek k rakhega..koi puchnewala v nehi hai jinda hai ki nahi..koi dekhnewala nehi hai ki ab isko nikalna chahiye...as per management we r not human..we r just part of their outdated flop nepotismic system.management promote unhealthy work culture unhealthy and unequal posting and promotion process...they only promote reservation.

Frequent transfers to remote villages create hell lot of family problems and other problems as well. Banking sector has hell lot of corruption and you will feel very insecure if you are moral.

Undue pressure is put on us for target completion with staff shortage. Apart from this we have to deal with throttling compliance policies which makes even simple work cumbersome and difficult. There are so many portals for complaints and we are always on our toes.

Govt. job even if you don't work you will get the same same salary as others.

Dislikes

Lot of manipulation in promotions , if you have connections then only expect promotion. If you have taken a work no one will get involved in it and even if anything happens the same people will come to blame you.
