Organized the cultural events on monthly basis such as townhall, republic day etc. Townhall identify the individual progress in the organization. 9. Get the opportunity to work with the people of different states as well as different country it helps to increase the communication skill, knowledge of different culture, enhance the problem solving approach 10. Organized the clubs on weekly basis such as "Vaad Vivad" and "PMN Chhavi" 11. Get opportunity to earn the rewards for organizing the events and games. 12. 1. Need to prepare the documentation for each and every work 2. Define the proper rule and regulation for leave, resignation, completion of one month internship, Notice Period, handover of work.

- You need to have experience handling multiple tasks at a time. - Proactive approach will only help as there will be multiple challenges that need to be addressed. - If you are a student, you need to prepare yourself for an immersive experience as it is a huge leap from student life to professional life. - Acting quick is a skill you need to master in such an environment.

1.As it is a remote job, the connectivity of communication gets misfired some often.
