Talking about overall experience while working with puma sports is adopting latest and learning new technology about sports wear. The company is open for energetic and enthusiastic employees who is ready to work in retail sector. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. Puma is also having employee re-hire policy which means in future if you are willing to become a part of company again door will always open for you.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, butgrowth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls for complain and inquiry about products. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed.

Promotion & recognition and management here encourage everyone to go an extra mile.

Dislikes

Employee discount amount, uniform budget, incentive structure, annual bonus & party. Here at puma store employees hardly do any parties.

The culture is really good and u make lot of good friends. Company is growing increaments and bonus are decent. Work hours are flexible

Management play favourites. U cannot be openly express as u are judged all the time.

Toxic culture. yelling shouting by managers is very common in fact it is kind of celebrated. No job security if you are not liked by your manager you will surely be put in situation where you resign.

Team Culture, Less People issue and limited office politics. Get to wear Puma merchandise at heavy discounts.

Dislikes

Growth on terms of career and compensation is compromised. Favouritsm and opportunities for select few. They don't have a fixed office space they keep changing office from Indiranagar to Whitefield to Mahadevpura and expect employees to adjust and come to office. Flexibility is just in books and there is always a pressure on coming to office. Some people especially who have been in system for a while they take undue advantage and treat themselves as superior and others as inferior. Very bad IT and Tech support system. They don't properly invest in IT infrastructure including laptops. Please don't go by title, company has more Managers and Senior Managers then the actual working force. However most of these titles are just in name sake.
