No job security. Poor Management. Worst work culture. They make their own policies depends on their comfortability. The only thing we had is good cafeteria.

If you perform well in organizing conferences, you ll get good incentives.

Dislikes

Its like school. Manager behaviour towards his employees is worst. Basic salary is very less and no promotions. If you get registrations worth 2500$ for your conference, you will get 2500rs incentive along with your basic salary. Its such a scam actually. Every month you need to get at least above $1200 so that deductions will not be there from your salary. Otherwise you will get deductions from your normaly salary. This is such a scam. This job is not even good for beginners because the experience you get from this job is of no good. If you move to genuine industries, you need to newly learn work culture, salary perks and employee benefits. Beginners will think 19k-23k salary as a fresher is actually good but even after 3yrs of experience, your basic salary stays same. Only incentive and allowances will be increased. Single word: Dont opt for this job

Dislikes

...nd they treat employees like their slave. They abuse employees, pressurize them. If you will leave company they will hold your 2 months salary and will take many days to give you relieving. I worked here for 2 years, they didn't even give my UAN no. & there is no proper details for PF account and your salary. Overall, this is the worst company as they will not respect you even if you are senior of them. Don't ever join this organisation.

Firstly it is a shell company with false showoff as a working unit. There is no work but they create as if there is work, foreign currency is converted to Indian currency which is the only motive.

... and hikes u either need to b a beautiful girl or a boy with wealthy influences. There is no job security, salary is not credited on time, no payslips and relieving letters are given when the same is asked to hrs they behave very rudely with you. The company even exploits the pf amount. Tls and CTls are worthless and incompetent.

... the poor management who didn't follow any rules and regulations of corporate. If you will put your paper they hold your salary for 2 month specially the CTL of that company The current CTL is the worst person in that organisation who want to control the employee like a labour. There is no job security, salary is not credited on time.
