Not a good culture and environment. Working hour are long, low pay scales. Employees worked burdened and grievances are unheard

I hate the management, they dont give any shit about the employees, and if they need they will hire if they dont want they will close the sector. They will give only the suffer to the employess.

My team was amazing and there strategy was great.

There is not any job security. They don't have any plan for future. Also they can terminate people within a year even that's too happen not for any particular reason.
