In case it's a weekend or a public holiday, salary will be credited a day or two day later, but you will never face a salary-related problem. Once hired, you may be overwhelmed by the fact that you are on third-party payroll, but it has nothing to do with you ability or performance. It's just the company trying to manage its payroll well. You will never find a dull day at work or too much pressure while working at Publicis Sapient Bangalore. Even though the company has global clients, there's never an unrealistic deadline or too much work. Clients and project stakeholders understand that everyone has limited capacity and other things to attend in their personal life. Everything, from work culture to work life balance to salary. Everything is pathetic. The work culture here is a classic example of bonded labour. The company will suck your blood in return of peanuts.

A company that has solid foundation on Agile ways of working. Strong work ethics. High salary thank other companies.

Dislikes

Internal politics and not looking at the deserving candidates for promotion. People who speak louder about themselves get more visibility and get promoted.
