... Asking any help from HR is of no use in Sapient. It is non existent in Sapient. So you can not tell any concerns to HR like workplace issue or salary issue etc. If you have urgency to join any company or location constraint , you can join this company ay your own risk.

Work at client side mostly banking companies. Not good technology and nobody cares about you. Very difficult to be in touch with sapient while you are at client office mostly working on maintenance work.

Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

Salary and benefits are quite less as compared to other companies. Work depends on project, not all projects have good work satisfaction!
