...nt lower people to grow. No career growth for technical and hard working people. Salary and appraisal very poor in comparison to other similar industries. One can only grow in sapient if he is sycophant. I had very bad experience here in sapient.

I like the professionalism and practical approach of people here in Publicis Sapient. There are large number of Java experienced developers here so there is always scope to learn and grown in project. Occasional Java meetups are organized by Publicis Sapient where you get knowledge about latest trends and what industry leaders are working on. I found them particularly useful. Management is good and supportive in delicate matters. You feel empowered as you can decide the work type, pace and make daily decisions. We can even set our yearly goals as per predefined broad criteria, and pursue which things to work on.

Dislikes

Salary expectations are not met if you have only Core Java experience.

Likes

Publicis Sapient provides above average salary package and challenging work environment. Being constantly tackling new coding challenges, my skills are constantly honed. Project is good with nice and supportive people. Here work culture is excellent with healthy competition and negligible team politics. I also like initiatives for employees like Secret Santa, virtual Holi competitions and Antakshari to keep work fun while working remotely. Management is open and empowering, who considers suggestions and problem seriously.

Working hours are not fixed here, these depend on client's call and requirements. It takes good time management to maintain work life balance. Although, I give enough time to my kids.

...lications for administration are online, IT helpdesk provides solution easily. Salary hike and promotion are also good. Publicis Sapient takes care of medical health insurance and provides industry standard retirement benefits.

A company that has solid foundation on Agile ways of working. Strong work ethics. High salary thank other companies.

Dislikes

Internal politics and not looking at the deserving candidates for promotion. People who speak louder about themselves get more visibility and get promoted.
