Everything is dependent on the project u work, for me everything was good or even better in some aspects regarding work culture and management

Dislikes

The main concern for the employees is salary, very poor salaries and no growth even after 2 years

Likes

The policy is you get paid only when there is work, hence freshers and juniors are always forced to take leave when no project. Your work and experience do not speak when it comes to appraisals and hikes.

Dislikes

No salary range, No transparency in appraisals, the management gives rise as per their wish not as per the employees' abilities and work done. Work-life balance is good.

Likes

Engaging activities and energetic youth. The work pressure is comparatively less.

Dislikes

... and give recognization to deserving people. The company is running at the toss. Very less salary

If you are gamer, then its the best company to start the career and + if u r a mallu, then its a safest place to grow and enjoy the rest of the remained life.

Dislikes

Salary hike is worst. for Kannada people they'll give 1to10 % hike.. and promotion in 4-5 years. so, if u have experience of 10 yrs, then your salary will 6-7 lpa. if u r a mallu, and u have experience of 6-8yrs then salary will be 10+lpa. Very worst culture, and 'a s s h o l e' management. . all top level managers are worst and they take personal revenge on all and drag the issues till u leave the company.

For freshers who didn't get job on campus placements or having backlogs can get job here easily if u have gaming knowledge

Dislikes

Poor hikes, no bonuses, they will get more money from client side but they don't give as expected as for employees for their work
