Extremely organized work environment, owners are big on structure so if you are disorganized (not me, but there were some who were disorganized and couldn't perform well), things will start becoming overwhelming until you get organized. Things run like clockwork in this company, especially at the HQ if you are working in direct contact with the CEO and Director. I used to have to report to bi-weekly in-person Manager's meetings and the work culture on efficiency is very strict. Not a dislike, just my thoughts that the work environment is best suited for high achievers and organized type people

I have worked here for 6 month first they told me after the 6 month completion they will give me all saturday off but they denied and told me i need to more focus and they don’t even talk properly with the teams and sometimes they ask to work on sunday as well.
