Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary delayed these days. From 7th to 15th of every month. AVP abuse engineers, PM, in short staff infront of labours. Highly uncertainty in job. Good Appraisal is only possible if u r Gujarati. Accommodation is tooooo pathetic. In a single room, 7 to 10 people for staff.

They provide accommodation at pre fabrication structure there is no basic facility for daily routine, like bath wash room and food is out of taste and hygiene level is very poor Minimum 14-16 hrs duty no overtime Work pressure is very high No job security Even labour has some reputation in this company but engineer don't have
