Work culture is excellent. Management is best in class & company policies are very liberal & employee friendly.

Dislikes

Company should focus more on employee performence analysis. Also to develop strong second line team to replace the person immediatly if anybody leaves the company from first line position.

Confiscate taking away their right purposly taking wrong descion on company employees and make them force to resign from company

1. Flat form to learn and work in various department, I am in to technical department were it provides me to learn new things and satisfy customers, I get opportunity to travel across Karnataka to troubleshoot unresolved issues, and also was re-hired to the same company when i was back from abroad (BAHRAIN). Overall it is a good company to work.

Dislikes

1. I dislike some process which as been carried out.
