PSN Group of companies was founded in the year 1922 by Sri. P.S.Narayana Iyer, former chief forest conservator of the princely state of Cochin. On developing an ambition to be an entrepreneur, he resigned from service and founded PSN. He started his operations in Fleet Management with 6 buses, on receiving a grant from the Kochi Maharaja under the 'PSN Motors' umbrella.
This business was expanded by his son P.N.Krishna Iyer who expanded the operations by the 1970s by establishing the headquarters in Thrissur, Kerala. The company grew in to over 200 route permit buses and 150 trucks, second only to KSRTC in Kerala. The vision of Sri PN Krishna Iyer has played a very important role in establishing the PSN Brand and getting it to where it is today.
Ever since its inception and all through its growth, the company has kept a clear sight of its values. The basic tenet of these core values is strict adherence to ethics and a responsibility to all those who come within its domain - customers, channel partners, employees, and society.
