College is good academically. For employees, there is miles to travel them in comparison to NCR colleges in terms of salary. During COVID they were deducted the salary that was the only complain of mine to the college. Passionate fresher (teacher) can learn lots of things and get refined within 2 years. Training team for placement is doing good but they are unable to retain them salary wise. Requires salary restructuring as college fees is highest among UPTU colleges. Taking more sharing less concept is dwindling factor for the institute. For students, its a one of the best college in the north india. I wish bright future to institute as i learrnt a lot there as an employee.

...are appointed to keep eye on each and every activities and inform authorities. Don't keep their words, promised to give 50% salary after lockdown, but didn't given. Got proper admissions, full fees but increments given to some, no transparency.
