Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Best growing company in the baddi region. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the ideas and best technology. I love that I am the part of growing organization. The MD is young and energetic. He believes in continuous improvement and learning. Under his leadership company is growing with great pace. Only one thing company is lagging in marketing field.

Dislikes

Working environment is good but only lagging in marketing skills. Marketing is not up to the mark. This is one area we need to grow and have to adapt new culture in marketing.
