Except salary timing nothing is good in the company, less educated people will try to dominate you if you are better than them. Planning department in head office is horrible except few person. If you provide extra effort to prove them wrong they will bully you in another way.

Poor Salary structure specially for an intern, to appointed as trainee engineer, thus he or she had done many many work day to night for the company during his or her internship period. On Sunday duty or Saturday night duty no meal and no expenses for travel provided by the company only on night casting RS. 100 provide by the company. Drawing checking issue from HO.

Nothing, because after joining they don’t receive your calls and not even replying on mail.They don't have any leave only 1 leave per month .

...ing, because after joining they will not tell you about your timesheet process .Instead they will directly call you as a reminder final warning if not filled then your salary will not be credited form next month onwards.

1. Very poor Salary structure. 2. No cooperation from Management level 3. Very low increment 4. Definitely not the best place to start your career as a fresher. 5. Little scope of learning and skill development.

Too much comunication gap between middle class employe & management. Middle class employe did not get rewards against of his effort towards company. All credits taken by senior managers only due to comunication gap.
